MICHAEL CRITCHLEY, JR.
Mr. Critchley generally represents individuals and organizations in business and securities litigation. Mr. Critchley has represented publicly traded corporations, Broker- Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors and Investment Professionals at all stages of Federal and State litigation and during regulatory proceedings. Mr. Critchley has also counseled Boards of Directors and senior management on internal investigations as well as advised Corporations on the implementation of comprehensive compliance systems.
Mr. Critchley received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Critchley also received his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Following Law School, Mr. Critchley clerked for the Honorable Dennis Cavanaugh, U.S.D.J in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Critchley also spent several years working at the Investment Banking firm of Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Critchley’s extensive business experience enables him to develop a unique understanding of his client’s business model and develop legal strategies and solutions that accommodate clients’ needs.
Mr. Critchley currently serves as a Trustee of The University of Medicine and Denistry of New Jersey.
