EDMUND DeNOIA
Edmund DeNoia specializes in criminal defense litigation with a focus on white collar crime, computer and intellectual property crime, and environmental crime. Since joining the firm in 2003, Mr. DeNoia has represented numerous corporations and individuals in Federal and State criminal investigations, indictments and trials. Mr. DeNoia has also represented corporations and individuals in complex civil matters.
Mr. DeNoia’s past representation includes clients under investigation or indicted for Honest Services Fraud, Commercial Bribery, Obstruction of a Federal Agency, Violations of the Clean Water Act, Violations of the Clean Air Act, Official Misconduct, Theft by Deception, Vehicular Homicide and Insurance Fraud. In the civil arena, Mr. DeNoia has represented clients in matters involving Fraud, Defamation, Breach of Contract and Severe Personal Injury. Mr. DeNoia has also successfully fought for his clients against various State Agencies including the New Jersey Public Employees’ Retirement System and the New Jersey Department of Personnel.
Mr. DeNoia received a B.S. degree in 1999 from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003.
