Michael Critchley Sr. was asked to participate in a program to discuss trial strategy and techniques for approximately 100 members of the New Jersey Attorneys’ General Office. Mr. Critchley discussed trial preparation and investigation, pre-trial practices and techniques for opening statements, direct and cross-examinations and summations.
